Happy New Year! I hope the start of 2026 finds you well.

The new year offers the feel of a new beginning, which sparks many to make resolutions for the year ahead, including myself. As I’ve been considering what I’d like to accomplish this year, I’ve come up with some questions to help when setting and working toward goals that I’d like to share with you.

  • How can you make your goal more specific?
  • How far off do you feel you are from achieving your goal?
  • Do you feel there is anything unrealistic about your goal? What adjustments can you make?
  • Are there ways to break your goal into smaller steps to make it feel more attainable?
  • How will you be different once you reach your goal?
  • Why do you really want to reach your goal? How will it change you and your life?
